Regardless of the size of the display items, we will build robust and long lasting show crates using good quality lumber, glued, screwed and lag bolted construction. Interiors will be customized using special blocking and foam padding appropriate to each display. Loading and unloading issues will be carefully examined together with any other needs - for example, the need for extra space to store Show graphics, draperies, trade literature, a show tool kit. This gives our show crate customers a chance to rethink and better define their needs for their Trade Show Displays and the items that will accompany each Display to each Show.

These crates are built and intended to last a long time, and will use glue and screwed construction on panels and heavy platforms designed for heavy long term use. We take extra care with these crates and will do things like fit angle irons to protect corners, install extra gussets and reinforcements, Access panels will usually be on one side or top, and will be secured by carriage bolts, hasps for padlocks or specially constructed steel locking bars that will fit through access panels and the main crate and be lockable to guarantee full security of your show display.

The edges of the external frames will be routed, to prevent edges from being splintered or collecting other trade show rash due to rough handling - which is common at show setup and take-down due to rough handling.

We can fit custom foam and other cribbing and even built in folding or removable ramps to allow display on castors to be unloaded and then re-loaded and then secure within the crate during shipment. We will even paint the exterior with a coat of varnish, not to make it pretty but to help protect the wood from moisture and humidity.

We have built Show Crates that also serve as Show Display Fixtures with draperies or other appropriate coverings over them to display machines and which don't have to be removed from your booth Area after setting up. Having the crate as part of your Display sometimes will allow you to take your exhibit down. pack it and then leave the same day. This will reduce the on-site show labor costs considerably, in that all they will have to do is forklift your crate(s) to the docks and load. Handling is minimized.
